The workouts take place in different settings but every routine I’ve done has a nice set and lighting with good production quality. Some of the workouts have a team of several exercisers (men and women) doing the routine with the instructor and other routines only have the instructor and one exerciser (like the Work Til Failure workouts) or just the instructor by themselves.
